COVID-19 ASSURANCE - FREE CANCELLATION
We want your booking to be stress free! If Covid-19 Lockdown L3 or L4 prevents you from travelling, we won’t charge you any cancellation or amendment fees. Furthermore, if you are prevented from returning your car due to L3 or L4 travel restrictions, we’ll offer you a very generous discount on your extended hire period. If your event is cancelled or you elect not to travel during L2 due to Covid health concerns, we will be only too happy to amend your booking and provide you with a credit to use at a later date. Please note that if you simply decide to change your booking and Lockdown Alert Level 2, 3 or 4 is not the reason, then our usual cancellation and amendment terms apply.
COVID-19 ISOLATION: Please advise us if you have recently been in a managed isolation and quarantine facility. We will deliver the car to you at your accommodation, with all paperwork completed in advance to enable a contactless pick-up (subject to availability and location).
At Pegasus, we take every precaution to ensure your health and safety. We disinfect steering wheels, gear knobs, and door handles with care. Contactless car hire pick up is available nationwide, where we can hand you your sanitised car keys in an envelope. Your comfort and safety is our primary concern.
